Objective

Step 1 Credit, is a credit repair company located in Newport Beach, CA. The founders were looking for a Creative Digital Agency to develop their entire brand identity, website, and conceptualize their new marketing strategy. The company’s approach was to leverage technology to deliver a better and more effective service allowing their costumers to track their credit repair progress online. They were also looking to create a broad affiliate program to help promote the service.

Process

After a in-depth marketing research ST8 identified the key values of the brand promise and it’s position in the market. The core concepts we wanted to translate were credibility, simplicity and also educate the consumer on the process/steps to achieve higher credit scores. We also identified key elements for a customized online marketing strategy that would include SEO, Pay per Click, Social Media, E-mail Markeitng and Affiliate Prgrams.

Results 

ST8 gave Step 1 Credit a great logo, brochure, direct mails, collateral materials and website. The performance based online marketing strategy is in place and it has been showing improving results month after month. The number of users to the site has been growing exponentially, and the company revenue increased by 600% in the first six months.
